2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the consent of a parent/guardian, and able to provide accurate contact and delivery information to place an order.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices shown at checkout include your selected design, fabric, add-ons, and delivery timeline fee. Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice for future orders; the price shown at the time you complete payment is the price you pay.
4. Coupons and discounts
Coupon codes are subject to their stated validity period and terms, may be withdrawn or amended at any time, and are void where prohibited. Misuse of coupon codes may result in order cancellation.
5. Made-to-order nature of our products
Every item is cut and sewn specifically for you after your order is placed — nothing is held as ready-made stock. This is why our cancellation window and quality-issue resolution process (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy) are structured the way they are.
6. Accuracy of information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, contact details, delivery address, and measurements/standard size you submit. See our Measurement Disclaimer for details on measurement accuracy specifically.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, photography, and content on this website belong to XTailor or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier disruption, force majeure), or for losses arising from inaccurate information you provided. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
