Delivery Policy

1. Production timelines

At checkout you choose a production timeline for your order — 24 Hours, 48 Hours, or 72 Hours — which determines how quickly we cut, sew, and finish your garment after your measurements are confirmed (or, for “Existing Garment” orders, after we receive your garment). Faster timelines carry a rush fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

The timeline you select covers production, not transit — courier delivery time to your address is additional, and varies by location within Nigeria.

2. Delivery methods

Once your order is complete, we hand it to a courier partner for delivery to the address you provided at checkout, or make it available for pickup where that option is offered. You will receive an order status update as your item moves through production and dispatch — you can also check progress any time via Track Order.

3. Existing Garment collection/drop-off

If you chose “I Have a Garment That Fits” instead of submitting measurements, you also chose how we receive your reference garment: Studio Drop-off, Home Pickup, or Courier Delivery to us. Production begins only after your garment is physically received and measured — your order will show “Status: Awaiting Garment” until then.

4. Delivery address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, city, and state. We are not liable for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details you provided; a redelivery may carry an additional courier fee.

5. Delays outside our control

Occasionally delivery may be delayed by events outside our control — courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or force majeure events. We will communicate any known delay affecting your order as soon as we become aware of it.

6. Coverage area

We currently deliver nationwide within Nigeria via courier partners. If you have a question about delivery to your specific location, contact us at xpresstailorventures@gmail.com before placing your order.
